Swimming Baby!

My baby is growing so fast!

Well here we are a couple of days before his 6 mo birthday. We got his high chair and we are all ready for tasting! We are trying out "Baby Led Weaning" a food introduction process that skips the purees and rice ceral and goes directly to food chunks. So far so good, just a little messy, but a very fun process to watch. His official first food was a peach. But we had to try the high chair out before the official tasting began so we came home, assembled it and strapped him in to see if he liked it... he loved his new chair.

Well after that James was covered in peach juice so I plopped him in the sink. He likes playing with the water hose.

"That was fun can we do it again soon?"

Bath Time take 2!

Well James has this bath stuff down now. He loves to be in his tub or in the pool. I've begun teaching him how to swim and we are going to take him to infant swim classes once he turns 6 months. But the bath is one of his favorite things.

Hey Pirate Duck... where are you going??? Get back over here!

5 months and counting

Well once again I am slow in getting pictures posted, but here are some of the most recent pics. We are going to be starting little James on food soon and are practicing Baby Led Weaning. I can't wait to get some of those pics!!!
